This 120-square-meter apartment was fully redesigned into a modern, functional, and aesthetic living space. With an open-plan concept, living, sleeping, and working areas were optimized and natural light was maximized.
Narrow, enclosed spaces, lack of natural light, low ceilings, and inefficient use of area. The old electrical and plumbing systems, fixtures, and decorative elements were outdated.
Walls were removed to apply an open-plan concept. Large windows maximized natural light. Modern architectural design, structural improvements, and state-of-the-art fittings were integrated. All electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems were modernized.
