VR is especially useful for renovation projects, decision-heavy projects, and investor presentations. Perceiving the space at true scale helps detect wrong decisions early and reduce revisions. It is not required for every project, but it accelerates the process when needed.
The duration depends on project size, building condition, and selected materials. For small apartments it is usually 3-4 months, and for larger projects 4-6 months. An estimated timeline and budget are provided during the initial survey.
Rendering provides a static visual presentation that shows how the design looks from 2D and 3D perspectives. Regardless of budget, the first step of survey and consultation is free. Depending on material quality, we can deliver the project in phases if needed. During design we provide options aligned with your budget to keep the project realistic.
We can provide both design and implementation, but they are independent services. If you want to implement with another contractor, we can deliver only the design. Or you can take the design from us and have implementation done elsewhere. We offer flexible packages to fit your preference.
